Retexturing or converting 3d models for The Movies is not hard, but it takes some time until you find the proper way. Althought we have many tutorials explaining each aspect of model conversions, the process is not always perfect, and unfortunately we're not professionals. We try our best, but there're a few users that know precisely all conversion stuff; yet we're still learning and developing new mods in the process.

For tutorial issues, you're able to post your questions. It can be helpful for other users. Anyway, if the tutorial is a Youtube video and has been narrated you can activate subtitules (Youtube translates them automatically).

Regarding to your costumes issue, there're more things I didn't tell you.

About retexturing, this depends on the model (if it contains alternative masks or textures). If you check the 'Oblivion Hentai' folder in the link you gave me, you'll see all body meshes and clothes are equal, just differ from the texture. This is what I mean when saying 'alternative masks or textures'; but finding a new texture that fits well with the original one is really complicated. Usually, we put some filters and colours to the image just to give it a different appearance, but we're not replacing the texture. In this case, is more useful to find a new 3d lion mask. About 3d models (or MESHES), the ones you found, I have to say, they contain a body mesh wearing clothes. The Movies actors have different proportions (size, lenght, height, skin colour...) that limit the realistic effect of using one of these meshes (f. e. the actor head is bigger than the external neck). We usually convert full bodies or costumes because of this. It is still possible to do, but I didn't practise that much.

About the hair stuff, those 'The Sims' pages are perfect for retexturing. We usually use this for costumes. For hair as model, please, have a look to this folder: https://xnalara-customized.deviantart.com/gallery/48727649/Hair (it has to be the same as with the neck lenght, but it's easier for hair).

Now I give you my personal opinion: The Movies game contains many costumes that are able for teenagers and probably your needings (I wonder if you have Stunts & Effects version installed, it has additional costumes). There're quite goods retextured costumes in 8eyedbaby:

We try to convert generic models so they're helpfull for many players. My best advice: we can only improve our filming skills at The Movies just by adapting ourselves into its limits, finding the best ways to compensate them (in this case, finding some models that are already converted and fir well with your purposes).
